The Beam Team is proud to announce the appointment of Hall Boy Holdings’ new Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bill Barton. Bill has been a key player in the growth of sales for our sister company, Quality Equipment Management. He understands customer needs and takes a passionate approach to developing solutions. His commitment to providing excellent service and his ability to motivate others have been instrumental to QEM’s success.
In any company, the sales department plays a crucial role in generating revenue, and the EVP of Sales and Marketing spearheads the effort to achieve this. Thus, choosing the right person for the position is imperative.
Bill brings extensive experience in sales and business development. He has successfully led numerous sales teams across multiple industries both domestically and globally. Bill had a successful 20-year career at NCR in sales and sales management with increasing responsibilities throughout his tenure, earning NCR Chairman’s Club recognition and CPC awards consistently. Bill has personally managed successful innovative solutions and services to many of the world’s leading retailers, convenience stores, hospitality chains, grocers, healthcare providers, and channel distributors. His entire career has been focused on supporting businesses to improve their consumer experiences, increase revenue, margin improvement, while recognizing operational efficiency gains across their enterprises.
Bill’s experience leading world class sales teams, along with relationships across multiple business verticals provides the foundation to lead sales and marketing efforts driving profitable revenue and operating income within The Beam Team and our sister companies: Quality Equipment Management and HallWay Plumbing. Bill is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s in economics where he was a member of the football team that won the Southeastern Conference Championship in 1989. Bill is active in youth coaching, a member of numerous IT/Retail associations, and is married to his wife Elizabeth with two children Bill Jr. (25) and Jack (22). Members of Dunwoody Country Club in Atlanta, his family enjoys golf, exercising and the outdoors.
